Antique silver Tibetan cup stand

A lare 19th C , silver cup stand.  This cup stand set has a simple cup stand with multiple lotus leaves radiating from the base . With a circular base, the cylindrical base is plain and has the radiating cup plate . The cover has some details with celestial bodies offerings and floral panels. 
The cup stand and measures: 

cover -2-1/2” height , 4-3/4”dia 

base - 1-3/4”, foot 2” dia, cup plate 5-” dia. 

the cover and base weigh 167 grams
