An antique silver box 2”x 4”x6” and weighing 457 grams, the silver box is lined with a thin piece of white. Used as a cigar case, the box is covered with ornate silver detailing and repousse work of foliage and figures kneeling with clasped hands. The box has the letters H. Sena Sterling stamped at the back. H. Sena Jewellery was established in 1919 by jewellery shop founder Henry Senanayake in Thailand. The box was made in the early to mid 20th century.
