An vintage Chinese rug - mid- late 20th C consisting of five dragons on an orange background with offerings at each end. Rugs with orangish/ yellow bases were reserved for the monasteries or for monks of position and this one with dragons suggests that it would be the case here. The rug measures 52” X 27”.
